Message from the President

Manners for Life, LLC provides high-value HR outsourcing solutions to businesses and not-for-profit organizations, designed to offer complete HR support to organizations nationally. Our clients receive high-level HR expertise to create programs typically costing 50% less than hiring an internal HR department. We customize solutions based on the goals and needs of each client. We partner an experienced MFL consultant with every client who becomes the single-point of contact for each organization’s HR needs. Our consultants work as an extension of our clients’ staff and provide onsite and remote support to promote each client’s business goals and objectives.

Sabrina Hayes, Principal Consultant & Owner.  Sabrina founded Manners for Life, LLC in 2018,  by transitioning more than 25 years of human resources management experience with strong emphasis in organizational design, human resource programs, policies and procedures, project management, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, risk management, competency assessment and leadership enhancement, into a full-service consulting practice. â€‹Sabrina is an Educator, Leadership Coach, Etiquette Consultant and Human Resources subject matter expert.

Jesse Goode, Corporate Attorney, Legal Consultant/Trainer.

Jesse is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of legal experience as an Administrative Law Judge, Trial Attorney (civil) and General Counsel for a midsize business and a large public health agency. Jesse served as an ALJ for 12 years presiding over more than 1,000 evidentiary hearings (mostly employment related).  He also practiced as Trial Attorney for over 15 years litigating employment and discrimination cases, complex, system-reform class action lawsuits, family cases, and common-law torts.  Jesse's employment and corporate experience include providing legal guidance on labor and employment matters, identifying and proactively managing risks, and reviewing and updating policies and procedures.  A resourceful attorney, Jesse excels at balancing professional obligations and business acumen with a focus on analysis and management.

Sharron Dean, SHRM-CP, Senior Human Resources Consultant.  

Sharròn is an accomplished Human Capital Consultant, Leadership Coach and Educator. She has demonstrated success leading strategic planning sessions, resulting in an executable mission, vision and achievable goals. Restructured outdated and underutilized recruiting, selection and new hire process resulting in an integrated new hire onboarding model that improved employee engagement, and retention based on after hire climate survey data. She has proven expertise developing and implementing recruiting strategies and human resources programs that protect assets and retain talent.  Sharròn possesses a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management, graduate of the Georgetown University Certified Coaching Program. She has earned the ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation and is a, Certified MBTI facilitator.

Maurice Banks, III, Senior Training & Development Consultant.  

Maurice joined the team with over 20 years of progressive, training and development experience in the non-profit, private, quasi-government and government contractor sectors particularly in diversity, equity and inclusion, executive coaching, team building and management training. Served as the primary advisor/spokesperson to the Office of the Secretary on diversity and managing diversity of organizations culture. Served as liaison and expert on issues relating to managing diversity with other Federal and private agencies and executives. Served asAdvisor/Diversity Expert – Vice President Al Gore’s National Performance Review Task Force on Diversity.

Monica Hall-Bullock, SHRM-SCP, Human Resources Consultant.  

Monica joined the team with over 15 years of progressive human resources management experience with a high level of organizational training and development experience in both the private and public sectors. She is a skilled human resource project manager with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.  Monica supports clients with human capital strategy, employee benefits, incentive programs, training and employee development, performance management, and recruitment.

Roland Dotson, Senior Training & Development Consultant.  Roland has ten years of diverse experience in strategic human capital and project management, performance accountability, and successful implementation of innovative training programs.  He has demonstrated an exceptional level of success in the design and facilitation of training initiatives for various organizations and as an Adjunct Professor for the District of Columbia Community College.
